Observed no label on a container of flour in the Bakery Department. In addition, I observed no label on a container of cooked food held in the walk-in cooler in the Meat Department. Provide for all foods to have proper labeling information, and provide for all cooling potentially hazardous foods to be labeled with the date and time that the cooling process began. 750.130/140 Next Inspection
Observed no thermometer in the sandwich making station cooler in the Deli Department. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. 750.140. Next Inspection
Observed an improper scoop--a cup with no handles--being used to dispense flour in the Deli Department. Employees shall avoid direct contact with ready-to-eat food whenever possible and, to the extent possible, shall handle ready-to-eat food only with suitable utensils, such as scoops with handles. 750.280 Next Inspection
23  Observed the exterior of the Mettler Toledo Machine within the Meat Department to be unclean. Clean and maintained. 750.800. Next Inspection
